Reconciliation Education
and
Decolonizing Systems

Empowering Indigenous Voices

Rising Bear does not offer reconciliation as branding.
I offer it as accountability — and as a return to Treaty relationships.

I work with businesses, institutions, and individuals who are willing to move beyond symbolic gestures into the discomfort of real change. My work is not about checking boxes on Calls to Action — it’s about responding to them with integrity, humility, and clarity.

I support those ready to walk Treaty not as metaphor, but as living agreement.
I help name the systems that harm, and co-create paths that return voice, power, and presence to Indigenous Peoples — especially those whose leadership was erased by the very systems now asking for inclusion.

This is not consulting for performance.
This is ceremony for transformation.

If you are ready to move from reconciliation statements to rightful relations, I am ready to walk beside you — and name the truths needed along the way.

My Invitation

I don’t enter systems to be accommodated. I enter to disrupt, reweave, and remind. I carry teachings older than the institutions now learning how to include them. My expertise isn’t held only in certifications — it lives in ceremony, in story, and in the quiet force of generational memory. I do this work not to make reconciliation more comfortable, but to make it more honest. Not as a consultant polishing policies, but as a keeper of truths that were dismissed, ignored, or buried. I speak from lived experience, from land-based teachings, and from wounds that carry names. I name power when I see it — and gently, firmly, invite it to change. When I teach, I don’t decode culture for comfort. I call people back to relationship, to treaty, to responsibility. This is not allyship by workshop. This is decolonization as ceremony — steady, accountable, and sacred. And when Wabusk rises in this work, it is not in anger. It is in memory. It is in protection. It is in truth — steady, clear, and unmistakable.
